Its our favourite time of the year – unboxing all the luxurious Australian wool collection from Toorallie. The Winter 25 Toorallie collection has a lot of textural Australian Merino Wool knitwear, innovative Merino-Denim™ and Merino Loungewear. This collection expresses Merino Wool’s natural and sustainable benefits in beautifully useful garments.
Toorallie is a Melbourne based modern Australian fashion brand that strives to realise the natural potential of Australian Merino Wool. They have a 200 year legacy of working with Merino wool in NSW and Victoria.
This year I was super keen to unbox all the Lush Green Collection – as Green is one of my favourite colours to brighten up my winter wardrobe with the Toorallie Relaxed Fit Mock Neck Jumper or with all the accessories. This Lush Green works well against all the neutral colours that Toorallie offers.
The coats and jackets are star pieces in the winter collection. They all have a classic cut and feel to them as they are investment pieces that will work well in your wardrobe for years to come. The Toorallie Wool Jacket is made from double faced wool fabric that keeps it light and very warm and soft to wear. It has a modern but classic look and is available in a striking Cardamon colour or the more classic Herringbone grey. Another favourite pick is the Toorallie Padded Wool Jacket – a modern take on the bomber jacket. Perfect to wear to a local sporting sidelines or a versatile everyday coat.
We haven’t forgotten the men either! We have had to reorder the very popular Men’s Merino wool crew tees. Available in 4 colours they are soft, versatile and help regulate your core temperature. They have a great fit and wash really well and are made from 100% Australian Merino Wool. The men can also shine in the Toorallie Utility Half Zip Jumper, inspired by technical outdoor wear, it is a blend of knitwear and outerwear, thanks to the semi-felted knitted fabric that provides more structure than a regular knit. Featuring straight cuffs and hemline, along with a technical utilitarian-style zip for added character.
And we can’t forget our very favourite range – the Merino Lounge. This range elevates the casual tracksuit to the next level. The range is crafted from Toorallie’s innovative Merino-Cotton fleece fabric made from 78% Australian Merino Wool which is knitted to the outer side of the fabric and 22% Brushed Cotton Fleece is knitted to the inside. This range is available for both men and women and is so warm, soft and luxurious to wear. Available in the 2025 colour of winter SUMAK – a rich raisin like colour.
